Journal Workflow Overview

In OJS, a manuscript moves through a structured editorial workflow. Authors submit articles online with complete metadata. Editors perform an initial screening and assign expert reviewers. Based on peer-review reports, the editor makes a decision (accept, revise, or decline). Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout formatting (HTML/PDF), and final proofreading. After approval, the article is scheduled into an issue, published online, and archived for long-term access and indexing.
