MIJST is committed to providing a professional and ethical publishing service to the academic community. All complaints are handled in a timely, transparent, and constructive manner in accordance with COPE best practices.
1 Scope of Complaints
This policy applies to complaints relating to:
Delays in peer review, Handling of submissions, Editorial decision process.
Allegations of bias, Discourtesy, Unethical behavior.
Suspected misconduct, Plagiarism, Undisclosed conflicts.
Concerns regarding research integrity are also addressed under the Allegations of Misconduct Policy.
2 How to Lodge a Complaint
Complaints must be submitted in writing via email and should include:
- Manuscript ID (if applicable)
- Clear description of the issue
